To receive and consider year-end financial statements and other year-end reports. 4. To approve the 2010 Ministry and Missions Budgets (copies of proposed budgets are available at the church office upon request). VOTE WILL BE TAKEN AT 7:10 PM. 5. To receive a Senior Pastor report. 6. To receive comments from outgoing Chairman. 7. To receive comments from incoming Chairman. The Elders are required to review and approve all matters to be submitted to the congregation except membership items (Bylaws: Article VIII, Section 2b, “Decision Making Policy”). |
