At the October 26,2008 quarterly business meeting the congregation of Central Baptist church was asked to affirm the Master Plan as compiled and submitted by the Elders, Staff and Master Planning Committee.
Below are the details of the Master Plan including the Vision Statement, Mission Statement, Core Values, Guiding Principles and Goals.
At the April 26, 2009 Quarterly Business Meeting Pastor James Petersen gave an update of progress on Master Plan Ministry Action Items. Attendees are invited to provide input and ideas for the next ministry years Ministry Action items in the month of May.
At the August 23, 2009 Quarterly Business meeting Pastor Petersen gave a Master Plan update that
included a report on completed items and presented new initiatives for the 2009/2010 Ministry Year.

God's grace, Central Baptist Church will be Christ-centered, healthy and
growing, where each person demonstrates the love of God, by using his or her spiritual gifts and God-given

gospel and care for the needs of our congregation, community,
region and the world.
