Sunday Morning Programs

9:00 & 10:20 Services (2009-2010 School Year)

• Childcare for Infants, Toddlers and Two's
• In the Beginning Curriculum for Preschool and Kindergarten, is intentional about caring for kids and bringing them across the line of faith.  At 9:00, the program uses the Sunday School format.  At 10:20, the program includes an integration of both large and small group programming.
• Elevate takes the 1st - 5th grade children on an imaginative journey of Biblical learning.  Children learn how to apply Bible concepts and stories to their daily lives with a fun, creative approach.  Each week children experience three parts: an opening activity, a large group teaching time with skit, singing and Bible story, and a small group time with activities.

Wednesday Night Programs

Children's Choir (Sept-May)

Under the direction of Stephanie Hiatt, kids grades 1-5, meet from 6:00 – 6:45 pm in the Oakwood Chapel. The kids work on and deliver a message through music and drama at Christmas and in the Spring.  

Awana (September - April)

Awana helps churches and parents worldwide raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ! Churches and parents team up through weekly programs and special events that introduce children to Christ and build a biblical foundation for faith.  Our weekly clubs promote an atmosphere filled with fun and excitement. Kids are inspired to memorize Scripture, read their Bibles, and come to church. We look forward to including all children into our Wednesday night program from 6:45 to 8:00 pm.
